Q. Is Your Company  Insured?

Rent-A-Mum Property Services Pty Ltd is covered by public liability insurance. This is for accidental damage to a client's property.

Q. What area do your service?

A. Rent-A-Mum Property Services Pty Ltd provides property services to residential and commercial customers throughout the Mitchell Shire and surrounding areas.

Q. I do not want to be hassled by a salesperson, can I have an estimate for one of the professional property services, without someone seeing the location?

A. Our company only has the best service representatives. When you call into our office, the staff are friendly, helpful and here to help you make the best decision regarding your propertys needs. No hassle, no fuss! There is a wide range of factors that we take into account when quoting you a price. Estimating a cost  for  your home sight unseen would be unfair to you as a future client. Because every job is unique, pricing is based on factors such as size of lawn or garden, size of your home, jobs required and  frequency. All of these factors affect our pricing structure.

Q. What are your prices?

A. Our pricing varies for each customer and each job required.

Q. Do you provide your own equipment.

A. Yes. We provide all equipment.

Q. How often do you provide the service I need? Are there any contracts to sign?

A. After we have come out to your home to perform a "Free" estimate, we will customize a service plan to meet your needs and budget. Most of the clients that we service, desire a regular routine schedule. Most prefer their homes to be cleaned, mowed or gardening once a week, every two weeks, every three weeks, or once per month

Q. Does the same person come to my home each time I book the Rent-A-Mum service I need?

A.  Yes absolutely

Q. Why is Rent-A-Mum better than other cleaning services?

A. Rent-A-Mum Property Services Pty Ltd  can provide you, your family or your business with an excellent property mainteance service for a reasonable price. There are many great property  service providers to choose from when you're in the market. We have over 15 years of experience in professional residential and commercial property services. There are companies that specialize in one type of service, but not many that are efficient in all. We have hundreds of clients, with an excellent list of referrals. Q. Is there anything the Rent-A-Mum won't do?

A. Our restrictions are based on common sense and health and safety guidelines. We ask that clients pick up animal faeces from the floor if we are to mop and vacuum that area. We do clean external windows if that does not require us to step through bushes or use a ladder. Furniture can be moved as long as it is light weight enough for the cleaner not to be put at risk. We do not prune hedges if it requires us to climb a ladder. Other guidelines are set as new circumstances arise.

Q. Do you offer gift certificates or gift cards and how do I obtain one?

A. Yes we do offer gift certificates. Today, gift certificates have become very popular in gift giving.

Simply contact the office to arrange a gift certificate that can be emailed directly to you.

Q. Who do I contact if there is a problem?

A. if there is a problem, contact our office staff during business hours, who will work with the team to quickly correct the problem and enforce our guarantee.

Q. If I choose to leave my keys with you, how do you protect them?

A. Your key is coded as soon as it enters the office. It will be stored in a locked key storage box to which only Rent-A-Mum Property Services Pty Ltd management has access. The day of your scheduled cleaning, your key is matched to your cleaner.

Q. How do I pay for the services provided?

A. Payments are due at the time of service or may also be paid for prior to scheduling your cleaning.  We do charge a slightly higher rate in consideration of administration costs  when  the expectation of an invoice is required.

We accept payments via direct deposit, credit/debit card or cash.

Q. What is your policy if I choose to cancel service permanently?

A. Once customers have chosen to try Rent-A-Mum Prooperty Services Pty Ltd, they seldom cancel service. However, there are situations that make it necessary to terminate regularly scheduled cleanings. Whether you need to cancel for a short period of time or permanently, we request that you notify our office  two business days before your scheduled service. We accept this notice by mail, fax or e-mail. You may find our contact information under the 'Contact Us' tab on the home page.

Q. Can I hire your service provider directly?

A. By entering into a service agreement with Rent-A-Mum Property services Pty Ltd, you agree not to hire a present or past staff member of our company introduced to you by Rent-A-Mum Property Services Pty Ltd for any home-related service. If you do wish to employ such a  member, our referral fee is $2,300.
